Plan Menu

The Plan menu contains links to Plan level Activities and Plan Data.

Plan Level Activities

Plan activities are activities that are processed against all policies in the plan if those policies meet the activity criteria. Only users with the proper security privileges will see the Plan menu.

Plan Data

Plan data includes all plan fields and values, plan withholding levels and plan allocation selections. Three types of plan data are available in read only format for users with the proper security privileges. If a user does not have the proper security to view the plan data, a Page Not Authorized Error will display.

• Plan Fields: displays all information that is generic to the plan, such as limits, factors and fees.
• Plan Withholding: displays specific amounts or percentages that can be held from disbursements that are subject to state and federal taxes.
• Plan Allocations: displays the funds money is associated to when specific business events occur.
